Description

 Checking documents of all Inward and Outward Material vis-à-vis defined process.

• Check all documents e.g., GRN, STR, STN etc. and report their adequacy.
• Verify the extent of internal control i.e. SLA etc.
• Review the systems and to find out the deviations thereof.
• Report the deficiency for timely action.
• Provide detailed report on regular intervals.

Output

• Discrepancy Report at regular intervals.

• Any major / serious deviation is intimated over phone & e-mail for immediate action.
